How to subscribe via the Tap Electric app

Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to open the App Store
Scan the QR code, follow the instructions and tap ‘Open’ to open the Tap Electric app in the App Store

Download the Tap Electric app
Tap ‘Download’ on our App Store page and wait for the app to install

Open the Tap Electric app
Wait for the app to install, then tap ‘Open’ and follow the prompts to open the app

Tap ’Allow paste’ to continue
Tap ’Allow paste’ to open the Tap Electric app.
The QR code in Step 1 is linked to the Tap Equans subscription in the app. Press allow here to let us open the link in the app later.

Sign up via Apple login, Google login or your email
Select your sign up method, you can choose to use your Apple account, Google account or email. You will not be able to subscribe to the Tap Equans plan if you continue as guest.

Subscribe to the Tap Equans plan
Select the Tap Equans Groningen/Drenthe plan and follow the prompts to confirm your subscription. Once you’ve subscribed we’ll send your RFID key via mail.
